Summer Holidays ( July 17-August 29 2026) : Seven night minimum and must start and end on the changeover day- Gull and Puffin Cottages changeover day is a Friday. Wren, Heron, Swallow and Kingfisher Cottages, changeover day is a Saturday.
Rest of the year: Total flexibility - Arrive on any day of the week and stay for as short or long a holiday as you like ( 2 night minimum)

If you are considering booking multiple cottages or indeed all six cottages, please feel free to contact us for any advice and to check pricing and availability. Though we probably cannot offer any discount during the School holidays, we may be able to offer a discount on multiple cottage bookings during the rest of the year.
Gull, Kingfisher, Heron and Wren are dog friendly. We love having dogs to stay, they are very welcome. A charge of £20 per dog is payable on all bookings.
Deposit - Just a 10% deposit secures your Cottage
Balance - Eight weeks before stay
Check-in - 4.00pm-6.00pm - If possible please try to arrive during this window, just let us know if you can't and we will accommodate.
Check-out - 9.30am. We do ask guests to stick to this during School holidays when we are very busy. Outside School holidays we try to be more flexible.
Each cottage is baby and toddler friendly, with a fully enclosed private garden. High chairs, stair gates and travel cots can be booked at no extra charge. The games room and grounds are equipped with plenty of activities for little ones.
