An unusual family sized holiday cottage created by extending a ground floor storage shed upwards and outwards. Just inside the front door that opens up one step from the courtyard is a twin bedroom and separate family bathroom.

The upstairs living space has a light, eat-in, kitchen through an open arch to the rustic lounge with dramatic exposed stone wall and cosy corner sofa unit. Upstairs bedrooms lit by Velux windows: double sized with cot space; compact twin with built-in L shaped layout 2’6” cabin beds plus separate loo.

The lounge patio door accesses a small gated BBQ patio stepping up to the west-facing, post and rail fenced terraced garden with beautiful views towards Exmoor over Jennetts valley. Puffin Cottage is not suitable for dogs.
